Terms and conditions

These terms govern the booking and provision of the Hacienda Nápoles Tour from Medellín offered on tourhaciendanapoles.co. By booking, you accept these terms. They are governed by Colombian Law 300 of 1996, Law 2068 of 2020, Decree 1074 of 2015, Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute) and other applicable Colombian rules. The Spanish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Who we are

2. Bookings

• Bookings are made on WhatsApp at +57 311 744 7988 or by phone.
• For each traveler we need: full name, ID or passport number, hotel or meeting point, WhatsApp phone number (with country code), tour date and language. For children, also their age.
• Your booking is confirmed when we send you the confirmation message with your pickup time.
• You can book up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Price and what is included

• The price is COP 259,000 per person with the Basic Passport (Colombian pesos) and COP 299,000 with the Safari Passport.
• Children, with the Safari Passport: ages 1 to 4, COP 259,000; 0 to 11 months, COP 10,000 (travel insurance), with no entry to the attractions and carried by an adult.
• The tour includes everything described on the main page: transportation, breakfast, entry to the Hacienda Nápoles Theme Park with your chosen passport, a tour guide and a medical assistance card.
• It does not include lunch, entry to Mundo de Pangea and Parque Congo (Premium Passport, an extra COP 60,000 per person on top of the Safari Passport) or any expenses not listed.
• The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of booking applies.

4. Payments

• No deposit is required: you pay on the day of the tour, at pickup.
• Cash in Colombian pesos or US dollars (at the day’s exchange rate).
• Credit or debit card, with a 5% surcharge (COP 271,950 with the Basic Passport and COP 313,950 with the Safari Passport, per person).
• Bank transfer, only from Bancolombia accounts. We do not accept Nequi, Daviplata or Transfiya.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

• 24 hours or more in advance: free cancellation by notifying us on WhatsApp.
• Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: 50% of the tour price per person is charged.
• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the confirmed time. If you are late and the group has to leave, it counts as a no-show.

6. Changes or cancellation by the company

Due to weather, closures or restrictions at the attractions, safety reasons, not reaching the minimum group size or force majeure, we may change the order of the itinerary, the departure time or reschedule the tour. In these cases you can reschedule or cancel with no penalty and, if you have already paid any amount, we will refund it in full.

7. Traveler responsibilities

• Bring an ID or a photo of your passport.
• Tell us before the tour about any health or mobility condition.
• Follow the guide’s instructions and the rules of each place visited.
• Do not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Do not bring pets.
• Look after your personal belongings and avoid bringing valuables.

8. Company responsibilities

• We are responsible for organizing the tour and providing the services offered.
• Third-party services (attractions, boats, restaurants, farms) are also subject to their own terms.
• The medical assistance card provides coverage under the terms of the insurer that issues it.
• We are not liable for force majeure or unforeseeable events, or for the loss of personal belongings in your care.

9. Protection of children and adolescents

Viajes Maxitours rejects the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any form of sexual abuse of children and adolescents, in accordance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009. These acts are crimes in Colombia. Report them to the ICBF hotline 141. Minors must travel with a responsible adult.

10. Wildlife, plants and heritage

Trafficking in wild plants and animals and the removal or trade of cultural heritage items are prohibited. Do not take plants, animals or objects from the places you visit.

11. Requests, complaints and claims

Write to viajesmaxitours@hotmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +57 311 744 7988. We reply within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

12. Intellectual property

The names, texts, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Inversiones Maxitours S.A.S. or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without authorization.

13. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy.

14. Changes and governing law

The version of these terms published at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Statute.
